Domestic Shipping Charge
Note: Shipping rates are subject to change based on the changes implemented by the courier. *THADDEA ships packages to U.S. post office boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via USPS Priority Mail.
We deliver only on business days, Monday-Friday (except on holidays). Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) and delivered by UPS and/or USPS unless otherwise stated. Shipping originates from Knoxville, Tennessee.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday prior to 3pm EDT then it will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm EDT on Monday-Friday will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on www.THADDEA.com can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via 3 Day Select.
THADDEA does not provide shipping to the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia, international reshippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
THADDEA's creation was inspired by our troops so we are honored to support them. We will ship to our troops stationed both in the United States and abroad through the Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) system. The APO addresses are used for Army and Air Force and FPO addresses are used for Navy.

Yes, THADDEA provides international shipping. International customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone if shipping charges and/or time of delivery period are projected to change. All applicable shipping, duty fees, and VAT charges will be placed on your order, which will be reflected at your checkout. Any additional payment fees or sales tax associated with delivered products outside the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments except for Canada are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service®. Canada shipments are shipped via UPS Standard.

In order to avoid extra shipping charges, international orders that contain any out-of-stock products will not ship until all products are in stock.

Your order may be delivered sooner or later depending on unforeseen order processing factors, weather delays or other factors.
