Placing Orders

Searching for Products
To find products located on the site use the menu selections located across the top of the page, these selections allow you to browse the site by product, gender and category. Also, located in the upper right corner of every page is the search box, you can use this feature to search for specific products. To find out more information about a specific product, click on the name of the product, or the image and you will be able to view the product's detailed information.

Please be aware: When you place an order online an email address will be needed. If you wish not to place your order online or do not have an email address, then you can call a Customer Help service at 1-866-354-8354 to place your order. For additional help email us at customerhelp@thaddea.com.

Adding Products in the Merchandise Cart
To add a product and/or accessory to your merchandise cart, select the size, quantity and color (if available) and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you wish to continue browsing click the "Continue Shopping" button or click "Proceed to Checkout" to begin finalizing your order. By clicking the "View Cart" link on the screen, you can view the items in your merchandise cart at any time. This enables you to remove a product, empty the cart, update quantities or add items.

Completing Your Order
Before you begin to finalize your order, make sure you review all of the items in your merchandise cart. If you decide you want to completely remove the product then click the "Remove Product" button. Once the items you wish to buy are in your merchandise cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Pending Charge on Account Statement
When you place an order you may see a $1 pending charge debited from your account. This charge is a pre-authorization that verifies the billing information you provided. The value will be credited back automatically to your account within 3 to 5 business days or after your order has shipped.

Checkout-Login Problems
If you are a registered member of THADDEA.com and cannot remember your Login ID and Password when you checkout then click "forgot your password" to get help with your account. If you are still having problems entering your account when you checkout then please email customerhelp@thaddea.com or contact us at 1-866-354-8354.

Shipping and Billing
After you have clicked the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will be requested to provide your shipping and billing information, select a shipping method and choose a method of payment. We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, Discover Card and MasterCard (we currently do not offer gift certificates of vouchers). Make sure when using a credit card that you do not use dashes or spaces.

Ship Order to Multiple Addresses
We apologize, but at this time an order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

Save Shipping and Billing Address
You can save your shipping and billing addresses by selecting the New Customer (Register as a customer) option in the Proceed to Checkout box prior to proceeding to finalize your order.

Note: If you chose not to save your shipping and billing addresses then select New Customer (Skip registry).

Reviewing Your Products
Before you decide to confirm your order, please review all of the information you have provided us and make any modifications to your information before clicking the "Process Order" button. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation page with your confirmation number will appear indicating to you that your transaction is complete. We will send you two e-mail messages; first, a confirmation e-mail message notifying you of your purchase, and a second confirmation e-mail message letting you know when your order has been shipped.
