We accept the use of PayPal and the following U.S. issued credit cards: American Express, Visa, Discover Card and MasterCard for online payments. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are also accepted debit cards.

PayPal Payment
If you have a PayPal account then you can use it to purchase your order. To setup a PayPal account or questions about PayPal call or send an email to PayPal Customer Service and a representative will be able to assist you. PayPal also has a Help Center that contains a comprehensive information database where you can enter a question into the search box to receive an answer.

Credit Card Payment
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, provide the card number, billing address, type of card, card security number and select the expiration date. This information is required to finalize your order and confirm your credit card information. Charges to your card will be applied within 48 hours of placing your order.

To change, delete or make corrections to saved credit card information, "Login" to your account.

Note: Credit cards that are issued from banks outside of the U.S. are not accepted. Credit cards that are issued inside of the U.S. must contain a U.S. billing address.

Saving Products
To save your products in the shopping cart select "Save Cart." This will save your products until you finalize your order or decide to delete your products.

Note: Saving products in your cart does not guarantee the products will be available to buy when you return to purchase them.

Change Your Order
If you need to make a change to your THADDEA.com order then please call us at 1-866-354-8354 or email us at customerhelp@thaddea.com Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am to 8pm EDT. Please contact us as soon as possible because orders begin processing 30 minutes after being placed, which gives us a brief period of time to make changes.

If you have received a shipping confirmation number via email then your order will be sent. When your order arrives you can return it for a refund or replacement. Follow the return instructions found in the package the product was shipped. If there was no return form in your package then you can print a RETURN FORM.

To insure the server you are accessing is secure, locate and identify the verification symbol, which indicates a form of a SSL server. You should find the verification symbol to be located near the bottom of the checkout page where your credit card information is inputted. Ultimately, if you register an account with our website, your personal information is protected by the password you provided when you created your account. Make sure to always keep your password and login information private. You should be the only one with access to your personal information.
