International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
 

THADDEA provides international shipping. The shipping charges placed on your order, cover the shipping cost of your order. Any additional payment fees or sales tax associated with delivered products outside the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments are shipped via 3 Day Select.

In order to avoid extra shipping charges, international orders that contain any out-of-stock products will not ship until all products are in stock.

Note: At this time THADDEA only ships to the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand and United Kingdom.

To check if any additional international countries have been added to our ship to list you can create an account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side at www.thaddea.com. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose AMEX, Discover, Master Card, PayPal or Visa. Please note that we will not ship your order until we have received payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after we have received your payment.
What is the return/exchange policy?
  We apologize but at this time we do not process international exchanges. However, you can return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for any apparel or product item. To return your order complete the Return label that came with your order. If for any reason you cannot locate the Return label then please print out the INTERNATIONAL RETURN FORM and complete the information on the form. If you still have your original package then you can use it to return your product.

We suggest you ship your return package with a certified mail carrier, one that can track packages because we do not assume any liability for a misplaced or lost shipment. All returns must be prepaid and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
