How do I return an item?

THADDEA.com Return/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you receive a defective product, wrong size or are just not happy with your purchase then please send it back and we will gladly refund or exchange the product. If a product you purchased is defective then please call or email us immediately so we can get your information and identify your order.

The refund or exchange of a product is based on the following conditions:

  • In most cases, THADDEA.com allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the shipment date. If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used.
  • Any product that contains a cut, tear, stain, or any other form of damage is not an excepted return. Other restrictions apply.
  • THADDEA reserves the authority to restrict returns.

Note: Some products you receive may carry a specific return policy and therefore, the above stated conditions do not apply. Use the return policy information, which came with your product for details and instructions.

Return Instructions:

Locate the Return/Exchange label that came with your order and fill out the appropriate information. If you cannot find the form then please print out the and complete the information on the form. If you still have your original package then you can use it to return your product. Return your product(s) to:

Please Be Aware:

  • We suggest you ship your return package with a certified mail carrier, one that can track packages. FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carrier companies provide this service.
  • We do not assume any liability for a misplaced or lost shipment.
  • C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.
  • Returned packages must include a return address. Any package received that does not display a returned address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and THADDEA will not replace or be held liable for the contents contained within the package.
  • Place and securely seal your return information in the return package (in the original package if possible) and attach the return label. If using the original packaging then attach the return label so it covers up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes (if possible).
  • Credited refunds will be made to the form of payment used for the original purchase of the order.
  • Exchanges are conditioned on the availability of a product. If the product is not available then a refund will be issued.
  • Exchanges are returned by Ground service only with no charge to the customer.
  • Products being returned must be prepaid (if you are NOT REGISTERED with THADDEA).
  • If you are a THADDEA MEMBER your returns are free. Your returns will be sent to us via Ground service.
  • We will email you a return label or if you choose have a return label mailed to you via standard USPS delivery.

THADDEA.com Refund Information

The minimum time it takes for us to process returns is 24 hours from the time it's received at our distributing location. Once we receive your returned order and process it then we will notify you via e-mail. When returns are received you can expect a refund within 30 days. Refunds are processed to the form of the original payment, and credit card refunds shall appear on your statement within two or three billing cycles. All product and tax amounts will be refunded or credited.

Note: Shipping charges will be included in your refund only if an incorrect item was shipped, damaged in transit or if a product showed defects.

Gift Returns

If a person returns a gift that you purchased for them and you used your credit card to purchase the gift then you will be refunded the credit.

International Return Instructions

If you would like to return your international purchase then locate the Return label that came with your order and fill out the appropriate information. If for any reason you cannot locate the Return label then please print out the and complete the information on the form.   • Depending on the country and region you live, it may take 4 to 6 weeks for your credit to be processed.
  • The amount of the refund will include the items you returned, custom tariffs, and any taxes paid on the original order.
  • All charges that were incurred will be refunded at the same exchange rate that was in effect when the order was purchased.
  • The original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

International Requests for an Exchange

At this time we do not process exchanges. However, you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order for any apparel or product item.
