When you purchase an order and the total cost is under $149.99 (excluding tax) then you pay less for shipping. See the rates below:

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but only offer Express Delivery.
Delivery Services
We deliver only on business days, Monday-Friday (except on holidays). Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) and delivered by UPS unless otherwise stated. Shipping originates from Knoxville, Tennessee. Please see our delivery options below:
- UPS Ground (Total Shipping and Handling Time: 5-11 Business Days)
- Express (Total Shipping and Handling Time: 3-4 Business Days)
- Next Day (Total Shipping and Handling Time: 2-3 Business Days)
If the order is placed Monday-Friday prior to 3 pm EST then Express and Next Day Air deliveries are shipped by the next business day. Depending on the delivery destination most Next Day Air deliveries should arrive by 5 pm the following business day.
Note: If an order is suspected of fraud then Thaddea.com reserves the authority to withhold the purchase. A Thaddea.com representative will contact customers affected by this action.
FPO/APO Addresses
Thaddea supports our troops. We will ship to troops stationed both in the United States and abroad through the APO/FPO system. Please provide an APO or FPO as the destination city and either AA, AE or AP as your destination. A 5 digit zip code will also be needed for completion. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Note: The United States Post Office will deliver all shipments.
International Shipping
Yes, Thaddea provides international shipping to the world. All international customers are contacted via e-mail or by phone because shipping charges and projected time of delivery are subject to change. The shipping charges placed on your order, cover the shipping cost of your order. Any additional payment fees or sales tax associated with delivered products outside the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments are shipped via 3-Day Air.
Note: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. Territories are subject to the same rules as described above in "International Shipping". In order to avoid extra shipping charges, International orders that contain any out-of-stock products will not ship until all products are in stock.

Delivery Time
After placing an order we usually process the order within 24 hours, but depending on circumstances it could take up to 48 hours. To estimate the arrival of your order you need to factor in the processing time and the selected shipping method. For instance, if you selected Express Delivery then your processing time will be 2 days + 2 days shipping time, so you should be expecting to receive your order in 3-4 business days. A business day is Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
Note:
- Thaddea reserves the authority to withhold suspect orders for review.
- Thaddea does not accept credit cards that are issued from banks outside of the U.S.A.
- Information that cannot be verified by Thaddea on an order will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
- Verification and authorization of the credit card used to make the purchase must be collected prior to processing.
Confirmation of Shipping
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please be sure to provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order so you can receive a confirmation.
Tracking an Order
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a Thaddea.com order number and a UPS tracking number. Once you have received your tracking number then visit www.ups.com to review the progress of your order.
If you have lost or forgotten your order information or tracking number, then please email us at . Please provide the name on the order, billing and shipping address information and payment type.

Note: Please allow 2 to 3 business days after you have placed your order before checking the status of your order. This will allow UPS time to update the order information on their computer system.
Note: If you have more than one tracking number, this is because we had to package your order in more than one box. All boxes that we ship have to contain a tracking number.
Order History Status
The meanings of the words listed below are only for registered members of Thaddea.com. These meanings will help explain to you the status of your Order History. Registered members may also view their Order History under Your Account page.
Statuses:
Shipped - All items on your purchase order have been shipped to you.
Partially Shipped - There has been at least one item shipped to you that is on your purchase order and further item(s) are still awaiting shipment.
In Transit – This means that your order is being processed for shipment, or that the tracking information has not been updated with the shipping carrier yet.
Pending - We have received your purchase order, but no items have been shipped.
Cancelled - All of your purchase order items were cancelled and no shipment will occur.
Shipments are sent out on Monday-Friday (business days only).
