Payment Options
We accept the following U.S. issued credit cards: American Express, Visa, Discover Card and MasterCard for online payments. Mail orders can be paid by money orders or cashier checks, which all must originate from a U.S. based financial institutions. No personal checks are accepted. All types of mail order payments will be verified before the order is shipped. Please do not send cash to pay for mail orders.
Credit Card Payment
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, provide the card number, billing address, type of card, card security number and select the expiration date. This information is required to finalize your order and confirm your credit card information. Charges to your card will only be placed when the product is shipped (charges are applied to your credit within 48 hours of placing your order when you choose next-day or two-day air. Ground service charges are applied to your credit card when the product is shipped).
Note: Credit cards that are issued from banks outside of the U.S. are not accepted. Credit cards that are issued inside of the U.S. must contain a U.S. billing address.
Saving Products
The merchandise cart will automatically save your product items for 2 weeks (14 days). During this 2 week (14 days) period you can revisit your merchandise cart at any time to review your saved product items.
Note: Saving products in your cart does not guarantee the products will be available to buy when you return to purchase them.

Canceling Orders
You can cancel a placed order if it was placed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am – 8pm EST, provided the order has not already been shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at or contact us at 1-(866)-354-8354 within 30 minutes of your order placement. If you have received a shipping confirmation number via email then your order will be sent. When your order arrives you can return it for a refund or replacement. Follow the return instructions found in the package the product was shipped.

When you access your personal information or place an order using personal information such as, a credit card number, name, and address; it is transmitted via (SSL) Secure Socket Layer. (SSL) technology is encrypted into our databases and is only to be accessed by authorized personnel. (SSL) is the industries gold standard for secure online transactions.
To insure the server you are accessing is secure, locate and identify the verification symbol, which indicates a form of a (SSL) server. You should find the verification symbol to be located near the bottom of the checkout page where your credit card information is inputted.
