How can I contact Thaddea?

When can I track my order?
After you have placed an order you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow 2-4 business days between placing your order and using the tracking feature. If you do not have this information then please email us so we can resend you your tracking number. If you still need help then please contact us at 1-866-354-8354 to obtain your tracking number.

What types of payment methods do you accept?
Thaddea currently accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credits cards must be issued within the U.S. and contain a U.S. billing address. Any card issued outside of the U.S. will not be accepted. We also accept mail orders. Mail orders can be paid with money orders, cashier checks and personal checks, which all must originate from U.S. based financial institutions. All types of mail order payments will be verified before the order is shipped. Please do not send cash to pay for mail orders.

After an order has been placed, can I cancel or change the order?
You can cancel a placed order if it was placed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am - 8pm EST and provided it is not already in the shipping process. To cancel your order, please contact us at 1-866-354-8354 within 30 minutes of your order placement. If you have received a shipping order confirmation number via email then your order will be shipped. When your order arrives you can return it for a refund or replacement. Follow the return instructions found in the package the product was shipped.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation after I placed my order?
When placing an order online please make sure to confirm your email address so you can receive confirmation on your order. If you place your order at work using your workplace place email address then the reason you may not have received a confirmation is because many corporations use spam filters to reject incoming auto generated emails which do not allow email messages to be delivered.

What if I want to return/exchange my Thaddea products?
Thaddea wants customers to experience and enjoy the quality of our products but more importantly we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive a defective product, wrong size or are just not happy with your purchase and feel you need to return or exchange the product then please send it back and we will gladly refund or exchange the product. If a product you purchased is defective then please call us immediately so we can get your information and identify your order.
The refund or exchange of a product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. If a product is returned after 30 days, then you can only receive a refund or exchange if the product has not been washed or worn. Products that returned must be in resalable condition. Any product that contains a cut, tear, stain or any other form of damage is not an excepted return. Products being exchanged must be exchanged with the same style.
Should you need to return or exchange an item, then you will need to fill out the Return/Exchange form that came with your order. If you cannot find the form then you must include a written or typed explanation of why the product is being returned or exchanged. Make sure to include; purchaser name, telephone number, address, original order number (if known), e-mail address, description of product(s) and a day time phone number in case questions need to be asked. Please return the information to the address on the form or your invoice. All returns must be prepaid and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We suggest you ship your return package with a certified mail carrier, one that can track packages because we cannot be responsible for misplaced or lost returns that do not contain a tracking number.

Do you provide International shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Purchases made internationally must be paid with a valid credit card. All credit card information will be verified before the order is shipped and any discrepancies found with the card holder's information will cause the immediate cancellation of the order.

How do I take care of my Thaddea clothes?
The best way to take care of your clothes is to follow the care instructions on the garment and never use dryer sheets. If you are unsure about the care instructions found on your garment then follow these directions; wash clothes in cold water with like colors. Do not use bleach of fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat.

My password is not working!
If you have setup your password using only 6 characters then we recommend you reset your password the next time you login to thaddea.com. Setup your password using more than 6 characters so that your password will be even more secure. We are always trying to implement new and better security features so our customers will be safe. Why can’t I access the Thaddea website?
